Creating one
Three routes, same result.
- Add role, top right of the pipeline, then paste the posting.
- Take a result from Find roles into your list.
- Paste the posting straight into Command and say you want to apply.
Greenroom then parses the posting into responsibilities and requirements, and drafts the fit report and predicted questions. These run at once, so there is nothing to wait for.
Stages are yours to move
You set the stage; Greenroom never moves it for you. Click the stage marker on a row to change it.
Update progress reads developments back in from outside. There are four routes.

What comes back does not land on the board directly. Each change arrives as a card naming the message, the opportunity, and the stage move, and is written only once you confirm it.
Fit score and fit report
The score comes from your resume read against this posting, with a report that names requirement by requirement what you meet and where the gaps are. Editing your resume makes the score stale, and the row says so.
The score measures how well your material lines up with the requirements. It does not predict the outcome. A low score is still worth applying to, and the gaps in the report are exactly what to prepare.
Views and columns
The table groups, filters, sorts, and lets you choose columns. Beyond the defaults — company, role, stage, fit, next step, deadline, salary, updated — you can show risk, city, source, applied date, tags and notes. Save a combination as a view and call it up next time.
